Latitude is pleased to announce the launch of online Client Access! This application allows clients to securely login and access current information & statistics about their claims.
Graphs/Charts
- Overall claim statistical information can be viewed through a multitude of graphs & charts. The different categories are as follows:
- Claim Breakdown – Breakdown of claims by certain criteria (Claim Type, State, etc)
- Recovery Breakdown – summary of Amount Recovered (by Claim Type, State, etc)
- Performance – Claims Received counts over time, Amounts Collected, etc
- Geographic – State-by-State (# of claims, Gross Recovery, % Recovery, etc)
