Client Access
Latitude is pleased to announce the launch of online Client Access! This application allows clients to securely login and access current information & statistics about their claims.
Claims
- Ability to search all client claims (Open & Closed) within Latitude's database
- Common search parameters include Claim Number, Insured Name, Date of Loss, State, Statute Date, Damage Type, and Claim Status.
- "Quick view" of claim statistics- Total Claims, Demand, Recovery, Recovery %, Deductible
- Claim detailed view- over 40 fields of viewable information for each claim
- Claim Notes view- all Notes for each claim, entered by Latitude Subrogation Specialists
